General Terms and Conditions for the Use of the How2ski Web Application The provider of the web application How2ski is DSLV Service GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "DSLV") based in Grainau. The use of How2ski requires that you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully.
1. General information on use
How2ski is available as a cross-device, progressive web application (Web-App). The content contained in the Web-App is limited to personal use, unless there are legal exceptions. By using, installing or downloading the Web-App, you do not acquire any copyright or industrial property rights, unless these have been explicitly granted to you. The Web-App and its functions may not be used in an abusive manner. Please use the Web-App only to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with our Terms of Use. In the event of a violation of applicable German law or our terms of use, the DSLV reserves the right to exclude you from using the Web-App.
1.1. Social Sharing
The Web-App contains links to the DSLV website skilehrerverband.de, social media services (Facebook, Twitter) and the ability to send email recommendations.
2. Terms of Use for Subscribers
With the purchase of an annual subscription, you can use the Web-App on all stationary and mobile devices regardless of the operating system, log in with your login data and use How2ski. To do this, you must pre-register, sign up for the subscription and accept the terms of use. The annual subscription is automatically renewed every 12 months.
3. Renewal and cancellation of the subscription
Your payment obligation to the DSLV is automatically extended at the end of the respective subscription period, unless you cancel your paid subscription up to 10 days before the end of the current subscription period of one year, including informally by e-mail to support@how2.ski . Termination will take effect on the day following the last day of the current subscription period.
4. Change in prices
The DSLV may, at its reasonable discretion, change the subscription fees and otherprices. In the event of a change in the statutory value added tax, the DSLV is entitled to adjust the subscription fees accordingly. Any price changes will take effect no earlier than 30 days after the DSLV notifies you, starting the next billing period for your subscription. Your ordinary right of termination remains unaffected.
5. Liability
The DSLV does not guarantee the availability, reliability, functionality or suitability of the Web-App for your purposes. Liability is excluded, unless liability is mandatory under the Product Liability Act due to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, due to the assumption of a guarantee of quality, due to fraudulent concealment of a defect or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of a contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contracting parties may regularly rely. The compensation for damages due to breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to the contractually typical, foreseeable damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
6. Miscellaneous
The DSLV is constantly working on optimising its services. Therefore, the DSLV reserves the right to add or remove functions and features and possibly introduce new restrictions on the services. The DSLV reserves the right to change and adapt the terms of use. You will be informed of this in an appropriate manner.
